Chief Oye Balogun is a seasoned entrepreneurial executive with several decades of experience across financial services, legal practice, infrastructure/property development, and commerce.

He is a Founding Director and current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kedari Capital Limited. Under his guidance, Kedari Capital has grown into a highly respected player in Nigeria’s financial services sector.

Chief Balogun also serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board at First Atlantic Bank, where he provides oversight on strategic governance, policy direction, and institutional development. He previously served as a Director on the Board of First Atlantic Bank, playing a key role in a decade of intense corporate transformation.

Chief Balogun has been the Managing Partner at Oye Balogun & Co a commercial law firm, since 1991. His legal expertise has complemented his entrepreneurial initiatives, particularly in areas involving commercial transactions and corporate governance.

Chief Balogun is deeply involved in the real estate sector. He has been the Managing Director of JB Maye PDC, a property development company, since 2006. He also previously served as Managing Director of Gold Estates from 2003 to 2005, where he has spearheaded several notable real estate development projects.
