Esther is the Head of Legal and Compliance.

Prior to joining Kedari Capital Limited, Esther worked in a leading commercial law firm where she held key roles in the Energy and Commercial Transactions, Company Secretariat and Compliance teams. Esther’s experience over the years includes working on complex financing transactions relating to Corporate Restructuring and Asset Acquisitions. She also provided company secretarial services for several companies and assisted start-ups and established conglomerates alike, navigate the intricacies of Nigeria’s business compliance regime.

Esther obtained her LLB from the University of Ibadan and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dundee.
